Monday-Friday: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern time

3. Q: How do I become a subscriber?

If you are NOT a current subscriber to any of our newspapers in Arizona, Delaware, Florida or Maryland, either in print or online, please go to our Subscriber Login Page and follow the instructions below:

4. Q: If I already subscribe, but want to purchase another subscription, how do I do that?

You can purchase another subscription online. Or call Reader Services at 800-282-8586.

5. Q: How much is a subscription?

Prices vary, based on the frequency of the newspaper.

The easiest way to obtain our prices and terms is to visit our Online Subscription Center, and click Subscribe Now. This will take you to the new subscription enrollment screen.

6. Q: If I am a subscriber, how do I register my account?

If you are a current subscriber to at least one of our print publications in [Delaware, Maryland or Florida], please go to our Subscriber Login Page and follow the instructions below to register your account. (If you are already a subscriber to one of our e-Editions, your account is already registered and you can proceed to "Access Your Account Information.")

8. Q: What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please use Forgot Password. Then within a few minutes, you will be emailed a system-generated password. You can then login access your account information using the new password and immediately enter a new password.

Login and proceed to "Change Account Info." You will be prompted for your current and your desired new password.

11. Q: How can I find out when my subscription expires?

Login to your account and you will go to the "Account Home" screen, and there you will find a list of your subscriptions, along with when they expire.

12. Q: Whom do I contact and what information do you need me to send when I discover that there is a problem with your Web site?

If you experience a problem navigating our sites, please e-mail us at readerservices@newszap.com and describe in as much detail as possible, including the steps you take leading up to it, how often it occurs, and the exact text of any error message that you receive. The information you provide will help us to find a solution more quickly.

13. Q: If I am a print subscriber and wish to suspend my newspaper delivery temporarily, how can I do it?

If you notify us at least two days in advance, we will suspend delivery. Proceed to "Temp Stops and Restarts" to notify us of the dates to stop and restart home delivery or call us at 800-282-8586. You will be able to access your e-subscription even if you are traveling.

14. Q: Is it necessary to call to restart my subscription after it has been temporarily suspended?

If you provide a restart date when you suspend delivery you do not need to call again to restart your delivery. However, if the restart date has changed, or was not provided when the account was suspended, you will need to speak to a customer service representative. The telephone number for is 800-282-8586.

16. Q: What is the easiest way to pay for a mail subscription?

You can pay for a subscription by check, credit or debit card. The easiest way to pay for any subscription, however, is by using EzPay.

As the name implies, EzPay is automatic payment from your credit card or bank account. You tell us which credit card, debit card or bank account you want to use and we take care of the rest.

If you want to change the account, you can do that easily on the Payment Screen at the Online Subscription Center or by calling 800-282-8586.

With EzPay, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

17. Q: How do I submit a news or press release?

At newszap.com, you can post all of your news releases in the Post Your News section.  You can include links to your website there, as well.  You can also post your public events in the Community Calendar up to a year in advance --- which is a good way to "reserve" the date.  Letters to the editor may be posted in the appropriate Public Forum.  If you want to contact a particular newspaper, the contact information can be found under "Our products & services" at newszap.com/ini.

19. Q: Can I search for past articles online?

Yes. Visit us at newszap.com, choose your community homepage, and click on the Past Articles tab at the top of the page.

20. Q: How can I become a delivery contractor?

Email distribution@newszap.com and include your name, address and telephone number, and if we have an opening, someone will contact you. Our carriers are independent contractors and must have their own transportation.
